Who we are

What we collect

Your account: email address, name if your sign-in provider shares it, language, and when you signed up and last visited.

Where you came from when you created the account: the referring site, campaign tags in the link, and the first page you saw.

What you do in the product: which pages and features you use, recorded on our own servers without cookies. Before you sign in these are tied only to a random id kept in your browser tab, which is gone when you close it.

Purchases: what you bought, when, and the amount. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.

Why and on what basis

To provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep it secure and to understand which parts work (legitimate interest), and to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation).

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, the database and protection against abuse. Location: EU and USA (SCCs).

Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase Authentication) — signing in. Location: EU and USA (SCCs).

Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — payments, invoices and tax. Location: EU and USA (SCCs).

SendPulse Inc. — account and transactional emails, and newsletters you agreed to. Location: EU.

How long

Account data for as long as the account exists. Usage events for 24 months. Purchase records as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data, object to its use, or move it elsewhere: write to support@deutschtestsimulator.de. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
