Before you buy
Does access renew by itself?+
No. You pay once; after 90 days access ends. Buy again before that and the days add up — nothing is lost.
Do I pay extra for new tests?+
No. What we add while your access runs is included.
When does access start?+
When the payment comes through.
What happens afterwards?+
Your account, results and texts stay. Only the free tests stay open.
Can I buy more oral sessions?+
Yes: 5 for €7, 10 for €12, 20 for €19. They do not expire and work on the tests you have open.
Can I get my money back?+
In full within 14 days, as long as you have not opened a paid test or started a paid oral session. A pack of sessions in full, as long as no session from it has started.
Is VAT included?+
